Plaque Custom & Ornamental Designs
Bas Relief: (left & lower right) These are sculptured portraits, logos and insignias reproduced in clay by skilled artists, with the image sand casted in your choice of metal. These items have a three dimensional face surface and the back side is a flat surface, the items are applied to a plaque background or used as individual pieces. Photographs and or camera ready artwork is required.

3D Photo Plate (above left) This is a two level process where the face surface of a portrait, logo or insignia are on the same level as the letters and borders on a plaque. This is an economical method to achieve a similar effect to what the bas relief method offers. Digital camera ready artwork is required.
Photo Etching: (right) This process takes an actual photograph and the image is acid etched into a thin sheet of metal, the same material as the plaque is made from. The results are a photo on metal instead of paper. This is a very detailed and delicate method with a shallow etch and therefore it is not recommended for exterior use.
